eStara has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Site.

eStara is committed to the highest degree of privacy of visitors to our Site. eStara adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles promulgated by the United States Department of Commerce to comply with European Union privacy protection requirements. We will keep any and all information collected at this Site strictly confidential and will not sell, trade or otherwise convey the identity, address or any other information, including personally identifiable information, regarding its users or viewers to outside parties. Statistical Information About Your Visit
When you visit our Web site, our computers may automatically collect statistics about your visit. This information does not identify you personally, but rather about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, the user's IP address, which pages people visit, from which domains our visitors come and which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit for aggregation purposes only. These statistics are used to help us improve the performance of our Web site.

eStara Surveys
eStara may offer Click to Call users and Web site visitors the choice to participate in online surveys. The survey tool gives eStara real-time insight into the needs and interests of Click to Call users via a short online questionnaire. The purpose of the online survey is to better serve eStara customers and Web site visitors. The information collected through the surveys is not sold or used for any explicit commercial purpose.

Browser Information
As is standard practice for most Web sites, eStara analyzes its Web site logs to improve the value of its Site and Web voice service. These files automatically log such information as this includes IP addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and #of clicks. Our Web site logs do not contain, nor are they tied to, any personally identifiable information about any of our Site visitors.

Cookies
eStara uses a Session ID cookie solely to faciliate efficient site navigation and improve your experience on the eStara Web site. In addition, cookies are used to store calling information if you elect to make a "Talk by Phone" call using Click to Call, solely for the purpose of connecting the Click to Call transactions.  We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

Web Beacons
eStara may also use electronic images (known as Web Beacons or "single-pixel GIF").  Web Beacons are used by a wide variety of online companies to aggregate data about site traffic, generate unique visitors counts, and to understand how website visitors use various online services. eStara uses Web Beacons in the following ways:

1. eStara uses Web beacons to conduct research on behalf of certain customers on their Web sites and also for auditing purposes.
2. Information recorded through these Web beacons is used to report aggregate information about eStara Click to Call users to our customers. This aggregate information may include demographic and usage information.
3. When conducting research eStara's practice is to encourage our customers to disclose the presence of these Web beacons on their pages in their privacy policies and state what choices are available to users regarding the collection and use of this information. This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that eStara is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. eStara Alerts
eStara maintains an opt-in email lists to keep individuals informed about eStara, breaking events, upcoming dates and other issues related to eStara. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing list. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our lists or any additional contact information collected on the Site to anyone. In addition, our databases are restricted to authorized eStara staff.

Information Collection and Use
The Site includes several forms which ask the user for contact information, including name, company name, e-mail address, zip code and phone number.

When you are on our Site and are asked for personally identifiable information, you are sharing that information with eStara alone, unless otherwise stated. The use of this information is for a particular internal purpose (such as employment opportunities), which is specifically stated. The only contact (typically phone or email) the user will receive from the site is to follow up on business inquiries regarding our web voice services, respond to feedback, respond to requests for information or respond to a submitted resume. Typically when following up with business inquiries we supplement your information with business entity verification information (like Dun and Bradstreet) as well as other publicly available sources of information.

eStara provides Click to Call voice links and email links located on our Site's Contact Us page and elsewhere to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read all messages sent in and try to respond promptly. This information is used to reply directly to your questions or comments. We may also use your comments to improve the Site.

eStara provides its web voice services to third parties for use on their websites. eStara is not responsible for the information collection practices of these third parties' websites. When you utilize our web voice services from these third party websites we collect only non-personally identifying information such as your browser type and IP address.

Newsletters
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.  Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.  Please see the “Choice and Opt-out” section.

Choice/Opt-Out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or emailing us at marketing@estara.com.

Update Information
eStara does not store user and/or customer information online or make it available for online update except for authorized users of our customer service portal. As a result, you will not be able to actively update your information. If you would like to update your information, please contact an eStara representative at marketing@estara.com.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Site so users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If, in addition, we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. However, if you have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated your contact information, then you will not be contacted. Nor will your personal information be used in this new manner.
